Migrate from Akiflow to Equilibrition with a controlled export

Akiflow centralizes tasks and calendars, but its export format is not publicly documented. Migration should clearly show what is confirmed and what still needs review.

Starting format

Akiflow export converted to CSV

CSV

CSV import available today

The reliable path today is to retrieve the Akiflow export when available, convert it into a controlled CSV, import that CSV into Equilibrition, then reconcile tasks with the calendar.

Path

The 3 migration steps

1

Export from Akiflow

Open Settings > Account > Manage Account, choose Export my data if the option appears, or request the export through Akiflow's in-app help or support.

  • Download the archive without unzipping or modifying it.
  • If export is unavailable, prepare the original sources and calendar for guided reconciliation.
2

Import the CSV into Equilibrition

CSV import works today. Convert the validated archive or native Akiflow tasks into CSV, then import identifiable folders, projects, tasks, tags, and blocks.

  • Tasks originating in Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, or Slack should be migrated from their source when possible.
  • The calendar is used to reconcile time blocks, not to create duplicates.
3

Review the mapping

Review identifiers, source links, titles, dates, recurrence, notes, statuses, and calendar blocks before creating final objects.

  • Fidelity remains to be confirmed until multiple real exports have been validated.
  • No script, scraping, or internal access is required for this published path.

Mapping

Watchouts

Limits to know before importing

  • Akiflow's export format is not publicly documented.
  • Native import must wait for validation against real anonymized fixtures.
  • Akiflow does not document a general public API for this migration.

Coming later

A more automated Akiflow import should be published only after the export format is validated; today, the safe path remains controlled CSV.
