Migrate from Logseq to Equilibrition without editing your graph

Logseq exists as file-based graphs and DB graphs. The right path starts by identifying the graph generation, then importing a controlled CSV version into Equilibrition.

The reliable path today is to export the Logseq graph, convert pages, journals, and blocks into CSV, import that CSV into Equilibrition, then review candidate tasks and references.

The 3 migration steps

Export from Logseq

Check whether your graph uses files or the DB version. For a file graph, zip the folder containing `pages`, `journals`, and `assets`; for a DB graph, export SQLite DB + assets.

If Logseq also offers an EDN export, add it to the same preparation folder.
Do not read or edit the SQLite database manually.

Import the CSV into Equilibrition

CSV import works today. Convert the graph into a CSV of notes, candidate tasks, metadata, and links, then import that file into Equilibrition.

Nested blocks become nested lists inside notes.
TODO, NOW, LATER, and DONE become candidate tasks to confirm.

Review the mapping

Review pages, journals, `key:: value` properties, page references, block references, and assets before closing the source graph.

Standard Markdown is accepted as a simplified mode, but it does not capture everything.
EDN improves semantic interpretation when it is available.

Watchouts

Limits to know before importing

The format depends on the graph generation: files or DB.
Standard Markdown does not capture all timestamps or properties.
Tasks remain candidates until their conversion has been confirmed.

Coming later

A more automated Logseq DB parser may enrich the migration later; today's available path remains CSV import from the selected export.
