Migrate from OneNote to Equilibrition with a reviewable CSV

OneNote mixes text, free-form layout, images, and files. Migration must distinguish what becomes a structured note from what should remain a file or provenance.

The reliable path today is to prepare a CSV of OneNote pages from the available exports, import that CSV into Equilibrition, then review sections, files, and layout loss before confirmation.

Export from OneNote

Use notebook export when it is available on a personal OneDrive account, or prepare a selection of pages to migrate. PDF is only useful for visually archiving a few pages.

Full manual export does not cover work, school, or SharePoint notebooks.
Keep images and files with the pages they came from.

Import the CSV into Equilibrition

CSV import works today. Convert selected pages into a notes CSV with notebook, section, title, content, links, and attached files, then import it into Equilibrition.

Subpages stay linked to their parent page when that relationship can be identified.
Checkboxes stay in the note or become candidate tasks after review.

Review the mapping

Review notebooks, section groups, sections, pages, subpages, and files, then confirm what should remain sanitized HTML content or a file.

Ink, Office objects, audio, and some equations may not have an exact equivalent.
Microsoft Graph can help later, but it is not the CSV import path published here.

Watchouts

Limits to know before importing

Full manual export is limited to personal OneDrive notebooks.
PDF is not a structured, editable migration path.
Free-form layout, ink, and some embedded objects may remain as a file or sanitized HTML.

A read-only Microsoft Graph connector may cover more accounts later; the published import today remains a reviewable CSV.
